My rates usually begin at
$350. for a single performance or workshop.
Larger non-profits, libraries, museums, and school district rates range from $500. - $1500., depending on variables such as: the number of partnering organizations sponsoring any one event, the size of the audience, the numbers of performances in one day, etc.
Because every workshop or performance is unique and each venue is different, please email me to discuss your needs, so that we can craft an arrangement suitable to you and your purposes.
FEES AND DETAILS for Storytelling
performances and workshops:
My rates vary from $350 - $1,500 depending on your needs, the number of sponsors per event, and the number of performance/presentations in one day*.
* Small (tiny!) non-profits or rural libraries with limited budgets and no grant funding, please ask for special reduced rates. We'll talk!Mileage fees - The current year’s federal rate will be applied. (2023 IRS mileage rate is 65.5 cents/mile)
Half a day in public schools or small venues: $750.00 (+/-)
Full day: $900.00 - $1500.00 (+/-)
Limit of 2 performances or 2 workshops in one day.
Performances are 45 - 60 minutes long, depending on your needs. There needs to be at least 30-45 minutes between performances (optional Q & A session after the performance).
Workshops are 90 minutes to 2 hours long, depending on what workshop is being offered. (Workshops are limited to 12 - 15 people per workshop).
Festivals and Concerts: $500. - $1500.
Storytelling Coaching/Performance Coaching:
Fees: Anne’s fee for individual storytelling and/or performance coaching session is currently $75.00/hour via Zoom.
Training: For two years, Anne had the bounty of studying the art, skills, and methods of storytelling performance coaching with Doug Lipman, one of the foremost storytelling coaches and an all around good guy. Doug was one of Anne’s “official” mentors while she earned her Master’s in Storytelling at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
More Training: Anne also brings years of performance experience, studio recording experience, years of voice training, and a decade of costume design & construction to the performance coaching table. She can help you with how you stand, how you move, how you speak, how you sing, how to focus, how to interact with your audience, what to wear, mic technique, strategies for overcoming performance anxiety, how to promote yourself as a performer, and more!
Fee Support may be available to New England Non-profit Organizations (Outside of New Hampshire) through the N.E.S.T. Program (New England States touring Program).
